This hotel offers an amazing location, with easy access to the Blue Lagoon beach and the sea. The rooms are top-notch and come with jacuzzi tubs for ultimate relaxation, but the service lacks basic hospitality. The dining experience is nicely served, however, bringing fresh croissants to start your day. Overall, a mixed bag with great rooms but lacking service.
